Notes: Bring extra clothes (hopefully, you have the sense not to wear spaghetti tops and skirts... :DD)

Andrew, you can bring some bottles of soft drinks. And think of some games that won't mess up the place. I'm sure your scouts experience will help a lot.

Games. Still working on that. How bout Frisbee or a mass cycling event?
Frisbee sounds great. Bring one along!
Mass cycling will depend on the number of people who can't cycle. We can't leave them alone while we cycle.
4-5 bottles should do the trick.
Leave the chips, popcorns, etc to the girls. Food stuffs are lighter in mass.
are you trying to say that we're weak?! LOL
