Shell Astro Challenge

I'm surprised at how fast you guys heard of this.

Event: Shell Astro Challenge
Venue: Elias Park Primary School
Time: 8pm to 11pm
Date: 29 May 2009 (Fri)

Objective: To have as many people come into EPPS as possible.

Singapore Science Centre representatives will be there to do a headcount. The school with the largest number of headcounts wins.

You are all welcome to come as it's open to the public.

Further details:

- Telescopes there for viewing the night sky. Some planets should be visible.
- Quiz on astronomy (Electronic MCQ); only open to 40 lucky participants
- Colouring contest (for the VERY young ones)
- Posters and information on astronomy

I'm the host for the Astronomy Quiz, so I'll be rather busy that night. You've got to come at around 10pm if you want to talk to me. Alternatively, you could be the lucky 40 for questions to be thrown at you by ME....
