people, i need EVERY1's help around here.
here's what we are doing for the December issue for the class newsletter. We are going to get everyone to write about their hopes, dreams and future and dedications to be put on the newsletter. Everyone HAS to do it. it dosent have to be very personal, just on where you wanna go to after primary school (secondary school>>>>>JC/Poly/ITE>>>>>University/ Private Institutes>>>>>>Working). It has to be about at the least, 45 words. You dont have to tell us which school or whatever you wanna go to, but if you want, you can.
About the dedications, it's something rather...........private. Its not anything inappropriate, relax, just that we cant exactly discuss this over the blog. I'll tell you more about on lead.com.sg (so go check your lead e-mail NOW!!!), or e-mail. Or whatever. For the dedications, I need loads of people to do it. It's the end of the year issue, and i need to get it done fast.
OK, so let me wrap this thing up again......

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
We do not condone any comment that promotes negativity among 5H 2007 or 6H 2008 pupils.
I've deleted 2 offensive comments that come after Joslyn's comment.
I've given Joslyn the green light to go ahead with a compilation of every 5H 2007's and 6H 2008's pupils' feelings as they have reached P6.
This is not done with a selfish motive. This is done with a mature mindset that serves to create a memory for everyone involved in this blog.
Imagine, you're going to part after 2008 and probably never see each other anymore for the rest of your lives.
Is 5H or 6H a place you would want to leave your footprint behind?
Or is it a place you can't wait to leave, have no feelings for or dread staying in?
Do you want to be remembered by your friends by leaving some of your thoughts in a book compiled of everybody's thoughts?
Or do you want to be a piece or dust that would be blown away in 2009?
I can tell you for 100% that everyone who leaves P6 actually misses their days in EPPS.
Is that memory going to fade for you?
Or do you want to bring back a souvenir that will remind you that you've ever been part of a great class which you have no regrets staying in?
For me, I'm leaving a piece behind in this compilation. Something that some of you want to remember me by. A mean teacher you've ever suffered under. A crazy teacher who makes you fear and laugh in class.
How about you? Are you leaving anything behind for this class? Or are you a piece of memory that will fade away over time?
I presume this compilation will be given to those who contributed.
If you choose not to be included, so be it. Do no harm to those who seek for a piece of memory they want to have.
Targeting at Joslyn is no doubt a childish behaviour. She meant well.
She knows the feeling of parting after being in 2 other schools in 2 other countries.
She might no longer have the chance to keep those past memories in a compilation. But she still has the chance to keep 5H and 6H memories in a compilation, a compilation meant for those who share the same thoughts.
Thoughts that come in the breadth of, "What was my class like in P6? Was it a moment I'd like to remember? A moment I'd like to keep in a part of my heart forever"
Cast your unpleasant feelings for Joslyn aside if you have any. This is not a case of "It's Joslyn again.."
This is a case of "How do you want to be remembered by your friends?"
If you have been in 2 other schools, you have been through this twice. It's a rather painful feeling.
If you've only been in EPPS, you'll only experience this pain in 2009. By then, it's already too late to say, "I miss you all...."

Joslyn does not act on her own. Neither is she more superior in the class.
She has sought permission from me and opinions from some of her other sensible friends before even trying.
I do have a list of pupils whom I favour in class. They happen to be those who hand in work on time or even contribute significantly in the class.
If you're not among them, you're those who hand it work late or contribute NOTHING to the class.
Don't blame others for coming out with ideas like Andrew Tay, Bryan and Joslyn. If you don't like it, don't participate.
A compilation of thoughts from 38 pupils and a teacher and even inclusion of those from 5H 2007 will suffice.
On the other hand, I do appreciate Andrew Ler's effort in contributing to the compilation. He has been misunderstood before in previous post for an innocent question.
But his spirit of belongingness is strong in 6H, I truly appreciate that and would gladly speak up for him if he has been misunderstood.
For the rest in 6H, keep the great spirit alive!
